This notice describes the processing of contact, order, portal and security data on the ClearlyHost platform.

The Controller and privacy contact are defined in the company configuration.
2.
Order data is processed for pre-contract steps, contract performance, billing, security and legal documentation.
3.
Agreement evidence includes timestamps, IP address, browser information and cryptographic checksums for evidence and security.
4.
Recipients are limited to required technical providers, payment providers and legally authorised bodies. The actual sub-processing chain must be configured before production.
5.
Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection under applicable law.
Contract templates must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the actual business model before production use.
